  • Provide materials in multiple formats — written, audio, and visual — rather than a single format only. 

  • Keep the learning management system structure predictable and simple to navigate week to week. 

  • Use built-in reminders and notifications for deadlines and changes. 

  • Ensure recorded lectures are available afterwards, so a lapse in concentration during a live session does not mean losing the content entirely. 

  • Keep documents and platforms screen-reader compatible and free of unnecessary visual clutter, which benefits attention as well as accessibility.
