Specific to this category, on top of the general document/slide/video guidance in Part 2, Section 7. 

  • Use sans-serif fonts (such as Arial or Calibri) and left-aligned text in course materials. 

  • Avoid red/green colour combinations and low-contrast text. 

  • Provide captions and transcripts for video and audio content. 

  • Ensure documents are compatible with text-to-speech and other assistive software, not distributed as locked scans or images. 

  • Upload materials early and keep the course page structure predictable.
